I'm unable to join a group
All groups are locked out after the start of the sporting event....
Private Groups are password locked....
How do I make my hat pick?
Once the teams/players have been determined for the actual sporting event, then you can make your hat pick for your group on the 'My Groups' page.
What if I'm having trouble starting a group?
Simply drop an e-mail to info@hatpicks.com or call 317-800-8979 and we'll lead the way!
What if all the teams in my group are not selected by the start of the sporting event?
Hatpicks.com will randomly and evenly assign the remaining players/teams to members of your group prior to or at the start of the sporting event.
